Constructed of standard aluminium extrusions, the structure resembles the masts and rigging of a sailing vessel, while casters float it over the sidewalk.  The frame is visually activated by the balance of apparent stability / instability, fixing the stand to its spot while giving it also a directional quality – a sailboat on an unstable sea.
